“AMSTERDAM PLAZA” online reservation rule

ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

1. The Client may choose from the Packages and standard accommodation offered in the booking table.
2. The Client selects the dates of stay for the selected room type as well as additional terms or a Package.
3. The Client proceeds completing the reservation form by specifying his/her personal data and optional comments on the booking.
4. After completion of the form, the Client makes an advance payment by one of the following methods:
*- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard);
*- Electronic bank transfer (UAB Paysera LT).
4.1. Having selected one of the first two options, the Client is directed to a page where payment can be made via UAB Paysera LT payment system. Authorisation starts upon connection to UAB Paysera LT through an encrypted 128 bit protocol. After UAB Paysera LT accepts the payment, the Client receives a confirmation of payment and booking by an automatic e-mail message. The e-mail message will specify the Client’s selected data, name of the hotel, total price of the accommodation, advance payment made and the remaining amount payable. The Client will pay the remaining amount (if any) upon arrival to the hotel. The e-mail message confirming the booking must be presented at the hotel as a proof of the advance payment and of the remaining amount payable.
4.2. Client, who uses an account in the BookingRobot system can link his/her credit card (s) to the account. In this case, each time the client purchases a hotel service, a monetary amount is debited from the client’s credit account automatically at the time of purchase. No additional payments are required. A card link can be cancelled at any time in account settings, by pressing "Delete" button. The data security of the client’s credit cards is provided by UAB Paysera LT, accredited by the Lithuanian Bank.
5. The Client acknowledges that, in case of a failure/programming error in the online booking system when the published price for the services is unreasonably low/high, the Hotel is entitled to notify the error to the Client within 10 days from the booking confirmation and request payment of the full correct price. Should the Client refuse to pay the full price, the Hotel may cancel the contract/refuse to provide the services. In such a case, the Hotel will not indemnify the Client for any losses.
6. Payment and Cancellation of Booking
6.1. The Client makes the advance payment by one of the two methods offered by the system and pays the remaining amount (if any) upon arrival to the Hotel.
6.2. There are no payment transaction costs for the Client.
6.3. In case the cancellation is received no later than 5 days before the arrival day during the low season (28th of September – 5th of May, except of Christmas and New Year season and other Festive days in the country and / or city) no cancellation fee is applied. The Hotel will refund the amount paid within 21 days. In all other cases, the Hotel applies a cancellation fee which is equal to the total price of the cancelled reservation. No refund is made.
6.4. In case the cancellation is received no later than 10 days before the arrival day during the mid-season (06th of May – 16th of June, 24th of August – 27th of September, except of Christmas and New Year season and other Festive days in the country and / or city), no cancellation fee is applied. The Hotel will refund the amount paid within 21 days. In all other cases, the Hotel applies a cancellation fee which is equal to the total price of the cancelled reservation. No refund is made.
6.5. In case the cancellation is received no later than 30 days before the arrival day during the high season (17th of June – 23rd of August), Christmas and New Year season and other Festive days in the country and / or city, no cancellation fee shall be applied. The hotel will refund the amount paid within 21 days. In all other cases, the Hotel applies the cancellation fee which is equal to the total price of the cancelled reservation.
6.6. Should the Client change the booking details after making an online booking at the discounted price of the Package offered by the Hotel, the Hotel is entitled to recalculate the full price of the order at the current prices.
6.7. In case of no-show, the Hotel reserves the right to apply a no-show fee which is equal to the contractual price of the cancelled reservation.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Client is obliged to provide correct details in the booking form. The hotel is not liable for the wrong check-in or check-out dates, or any other incorrect details specified by the Client.
7.2. Responsibility for the correct servicing of the payment for the online booking lies with UAB Paysera LT electronic payment system.
7.3. The hotel and the company servicing online payments are not liable for unavailability of the system and other faults occurring for reasons beyond their control.
8. Personal Data. By booking the Hotel services, the Client agrees that his/her personal data will be included in the service database. The data will be used for the complete the booking procedure and for marketing purposes in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection conditions.
9. Confirmation of Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By ticking ‘Accept Terms and Conditions’, the Client confirms that he/she understands and accepts the terms of conditions of the booking. The booking is not valid without such confirmation.

TERMS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF THE HOTEL GIFT VOUCHERS

1. The gift voucher confirms its’ holder’s right to use the services specified in the gift voucher.
2. The gift voucher is valid for the direct reservations only made by phone +370 60 110 130 or email info@amsterdamplaza.lt. The holder of gift voucher shall be deemed to have read / accepted the Hotel Rules once the reservation of services is made.
3. The holder of gift voucher must inform the Hotel in advance in case he/she wish to pay for the services by the gift voucher. Reservation is a subject of the Hotel availability. The valid gift voucher must be presented upon arrival.
4. The services specified in the gift voucher cannot be exchanged to any other services. The payment is non-refundable in case the services are not used at all.
5. A gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or other services.
6. A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
7. A gift voucher is not valid after the expiry date. A gift voucher must be used during its validity period. In case of expiry, no refund is available.
8. If the value of the services ordered exceeds the amount specified in the gift voucher, the holder of the gift voucher must pay the difference in advance upon arrival. If the value of the services ordered is less than the amount specified in the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
9. The gift voucher must be used once.
10. In case the gift voucher is for a specific amount of money for use for a variety of services, the VAT invoice will be issued after the gift voucher has been used.
11. The Hotel reserves the right to change and supplement the terms of purchase and use of gift vouchers at any time. The buyer and / or holder of the gift voucher agrees to the terms of purchase and use of the Hotel gift vouchers.
12. The Hotel is not liable for any gift voucher purchaser’s and/or gift voucher holder’s losses incurred because of failure to read these rules. If the buyer of the gift voucher is not the same person as the holder, the buyer of the gift voucher is responsible for making the holder of the gift voucher aware of these rules.

Mes galime paprašyti patvirtinti asmens tapatybę patvirtinančio dokumento, leidžiančio tinkamai identifikuoti Jus. Jums patvirtinus tapatybę, informacija apie jūsų tvarkomus duomenis pateikiama per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo prašymo raštu pateikimo dienos.

Informacija pateikiama nemokamai. Jei nustatytume, kad prašymai yra akivaizdžiai nepagrįsti arba neproporcingi, visų pirma dėl jų pasikartojančio turinio, mes galime imti pagrįstą mokestį, atsižvelgdami į informacijos teikimo arba pranešimų ar veiksmų, kurių prašoma, administracines išlaidas, arba atsisakyti imtis veiksmų pagal prašymą.
